The Bench Top Temperature Forcing System ThermoTST ATC series adopts advanced design and technology, with a wide temperature range of -75 ℃ to+200 ℃. Through direct contact with the contact head, it accurately and continuously stimulates the DUT to reach the required temperature.

The ThermoTST ATC series adjusts the temperature (shell temperature or junction temperature) of the DUT to the target temperature point for performance testing through direct contact between the contact and the DUT. Suitable for both soldered chips and chips using sockets, it can truly control the temperature of the tested chip without affecting the peripheral circuit, eliminating uncertainty caused by peripheral circuits.

The Bench Top Temperature Forcing System ThermoTST ATC series should pay attention to the following points before operation:

1. Equipment working position: exhaust, heat dissipation, and air inlet, without obstacles, at least 0.6 meters away from obstacles.

2. Power requirements: 220-230V AC, 1PH, 50Hz, 10A.

3. Gas supply requirements (when necessary), there is a risk of equipment damage if the pressure dew point/supply pressure/flow rate of the supplied gas does not meet the standard!

4. Equipment working environment: clean: working environment temperature+10C to+25C, relative humidity 5% to 85%.

Safety precautions for using the Bench Top Temperature Forcing System:

1.Before connecting to the power supply, it is necessary to confirm that the electricity and other public facilities meet the requirements of the equipment.

2. Before supplying air to the operating system, be sure to read the user manual.

3.When handling heavy equipment, professional personnel are required for lifting.

4. Always ensure that authorized technical personnel are responsible for the maintenance of refrigeration, heat transfer, vacuum, and electrical systems.

5. Always assume that external and internal components are very hot/cold, and use personal protective equipment to avoid high-temperature burns/low-temperature frostbite.

6. Always ensure that the gas supply is dry and pure (do not use flammable and explosive gases).

7. During the operation of the unit, it is prohibited to directly contact the equipment's intake and exhaust ports with hands or body.

8. Ensure that toxic, corrosive, or flammable materials are not used, unless special precautions are taken to prevent injury to personnel or damage to equipment.

9. In case of special circumstances, please touch the emergency stop button in a timely manner.
