After the arrival of the high and low temperature heat flow meter, it must undergo five major inspections before being used with confidence, and the last one is particularly important!
1. Check the appearance of the equipment and whether there is any damage or missing information, and be sure to keep all relevant items properly.
2. Check if the insulation hood and insulation pad are tightly fitted. Avoid causing data bias during the experimental process.
3. Check that the air inlet and exhaust outlet of the equipment are not obstructed to ensure good ventilation and heat dissipation. Do not have obstacles or coverings.
4. Check that the power supply is correctly connected to a 220V independent air switch. Ensure the correct operating voltage of the system when operating at high temperature limits.
5. Check that the air compressor+refrigeration dryer+(adsorption dryer) of the gas supply system must be turned on and in normal operation. If the pressure and flow rate of the supplied gas do not meet the standard, it will cause serious damage to the equipment!
