Thermo Scientific ™ MK.2TE ESD and latch test system provide users with advanced functions to test high-pin counting equipment according to today's human body model (HBM) and machine model (MM) ESD standards. The pulse transmission design of the system ensures that the waveform hazards in the standard (such as tail pulse and pre-discharge voltage rise) can be solved. By exposing the DUT to electrical overstress after the main HBM event, it has been demonstrated that tailgating pulses can cause non-ESD-related failures. Pre-discharge voltage will lead to the failure of the protection structure triggered by voltage, because when the HBM event occurs, the measured pin may not be zero volts. A user-selectable 10K shunt can be connected during the pulse to eliminate any voltage before the actual HBM event. MK.2 combined test system also performs latch test according to JEDEC EIA/JESD 78 method. Its enhanced data set function provides flexibility to meet the test requirements of today's system-level chip design.

ThermoTST TS760 developed by Intercooler is a precise high and low temperature impact airflow instrument with a wider temperature range of - 70 ℃ to+225 ℃, providing a strong temperature conversion test capability. Temperature conversion from - 55 ℃ to+125 ℃ for about 10 seconds; It meets the requirements of various production environments and engineering environments through long-term multi-condition verification.
