The heat shield is a very important part in the cold and hot impact machine system. It is usually used to prevent ambient air from entering and create a closed, repeatable and heat transfer environment. Place the heat shield on the test fixture, the air flow impact is centered on the sample to be tested, and then inject compressed air into the confined space, which can be used for both rapid high and low temperature impact and accurate constant temperature test, with the temperature accuracy of ± 1 ℃.

In daily use, it is easy to neglect the installation of the heat shield, but little mistake will cause great losses. Let's take a look at the installation and precautions of the heat shield?

1、 First prepare the heat shield, one air pipe, three heat shield locking bolts and hexagonal socket tools.

2、 Make the heating head perpendicular to the ground and lock the bolt.

3、 Put the screw in the screw hole first, and be careful not to penetrate the screw hole. The screw will cause the cover to be blocked.

4、 Fix the cover on the heating head, and lock the screws with the hexagon socket tool (note: during the installation of the heat shield, when it is not fixed, be sure to hold the shield with your hands!).

5、 Before intubation, it is necessary to adjust the valve to open the air flow, and insert the heat insulation hood to purge the air pipe;

6、 Other gas purging pipe, purging gas regulating switch.
