Temperature Forcing Systems covers the measured object (IC) with a thermal insulation hood cup to isolate it from the surrounding environment, thus forming a relatively independent small confined space. Then inject compressed air into the confined space. The temperature of ordinary compressed air can reach - 80 ℃~+225 ℃ after being cooled/heated by the equipment (TS-780 as an example/refer to the model of intercooling products for specific indicators), and the conversion time is about 10 seconds. The equipment can be used not only for fast high and low temperature impact, but also for accurate constant temperature test, with temperature accuracy of ± 1 ℃

The size of our thermal insulation hood ranges from 3 inches to 7 inches. The conventional products can be adapted to various product sizes of customers, and the thermal insulation hood can be customized according to the customer's on-site product size.

The precision internal circulation test cover is specially customized by Intercooler for the needs of a chip company. It has the advantages of light weight, large size, accurate temperature control up to ± 1 º C, simple and convenient use combined with the temperature pressure cover, etc. The cover is made of aluminum alloy, which not only reduces the weight to a large extent, but also is not easy to damage and has a longer service life compared with the general thermal insulation hood. The inner cover is made of high and low temperature resistant silica gel insulation material, with good heat insulation effect. The size of the loading test space is 350X130X70mm, which increases the test area. The wind speed of 4~18 SCFM (1.9 L/s~8.5L/s) is available for customers to choose according to different requirements, which reduces customers' equal test time. The table top of the precision internal circulation test cover is easy to operate.
