Water Vapor Cryochiller is mainly used to assist in vacuum pumping and improve vacuum quality. It traps water vapor and oil molecules in the vacuum chamber between 1 and 10-6 Pa to improve product productivity and film quality.

Principle

In the vacuum chamber, water vapor molecules are the most typical environmental pollution gases, accounting for 65% to 95% of the residual gases in the chamber. When the vacuum degree reaches 10-2Pa, it is difficult for water vapor molecules to be discharged from the chamber with ordinary vacuum pumps. In order to quickly reach a higher vacuum degree, water vapor cryogenic pumps quickly capture and absorb water vapor in the real chamber, assist in vacuumizing, and reach the required vacuum degree in a very short time.
